Who We Are: First Nation Helping First Nation

We are proud to manufacture a product that replaces conventional building methods to ensure our customers are equipped with the most sustainable and cost-efficient structure. Choosing pre-engineered steel provides you with the highest quality structures with solid and sustainable foundations. TRUCOR Steel Structures can be used on a permanent or temporary/emergency basis. Our engineered systems are suitable for a wide range of projects including but not limited to: housing, multiplex structures, commercial buildings, and industrial buildings.

The permanent structures include commercial and industrial buildings, residential buildings, and trailers. The temporary/emergency structures can be designed to individual locations, set up and move-in ready within days.

What We Do

We provide a quality product in a green way. Our structures are truly green, offering product longevity, recyclability, easy transportation, and reduced material waste. Our homes are made with 75% recycled steel and provide a faster, efficient solution with long term durability and adaptability. Our durability is second to none and does not cause seasonal uplift problems associated with wooden structures that can rise and fall with the change of season. By using steel, we prevent drying, shrinkage, twisting, mold and other surprises associated with wooden structures. Our galvanizing process also creates a highly rust-resistant and insect proof product.

TRUCOR’s offsite fabrication process allows structures to be move-in ready within days of arrival. Materials are transported for quick assembly and a clean environment. Factory manufacturing of these components is more efficient and cost effective than building them on site. This can further reduce the cost of building by 25% or more as they eliminate significant site work and reduce waste and weather induced cost.
